When refinancing the mortgage or loan company will usually request a form filled out called a condo questionnaire. Most other documentation they request is available on the owners portal. The Master Deed, rules and regulations, budget, minutes and contact information for Insurance Certificate requests are available for download.

How much does a condo questionnaire cost?

There is a fee of $200.00 for a condo questionnaire, which must be prepaid, and the check must clear before a questionnaire is issued.

If you need a questionnaire at the last minute, the fee is $350.00. The turnaround time is 10 business days, but we will try to do that much sooner. Each new condo questionnaire is $200. Additional or unexpected requests for any real estate transaction or refinance will be discussed if they arise, as they may have additional fees involved.
